"Displaying corsets, bloomers, brassieres, long johns and petticoats, a new Canton Historical Museum exhibit offers a revealing look at undergarments worn as the 1900s arrived.
"Hardly salacious, tawdry or scandalous, the display offers a peek at the most intimate clothing worn by local folks who tilled Canton’s agricultural past. It is titled 'Straight-Laced? Loosening Up the Secrets of Petticoats and Drawers at the Turn of the Century.'"
